Student Assistance

Student Food Assistance

Our Student Food Assistance Program is an outreach ministry which focuses on the community’s underserved students. We help students who are receiving free breakfast and lunch. These free meals provided by the public school system may be the only meal they get all day. We help stock local school food panties with nonperishable, easy to make meals they can prepare when not attending classes.

Donations of non-expired pantry items may be left anytime in the marked tub in the nZone Lobby at 14550 Lee Road, Chantilly, VA. To the right is a list of items we need most. Please consider picking up one or more items on your weekly grocery trip, your recipients will be grateful you did! We also gladly accept gift cards to major food retailers.

Annual Backpack Drive

The back-to-school backpacks program is just one way that we are able to serve our immediate community through the school system. The backpacks will be filled with supplies and given to the students before the school year begins. Every kid loves having new supplies to start the year, and we will make that happen. The backpack drive was a success and is closed for 2019; please join us next year in 2020.
